Chinese help, can anyone translate please?
A Chinese friend gave me this Fu dog set. She said it came from her grandfather's house. It seems to be made out of clay and is in a green silk box with a stamp on the bottom of the lid. They have F2-8 hand carved into the bottoms of both of the Fu dogs. I always regret not asking her what the stamp said. Can any Chinese speakers make out the Kanji for me, please? If anyone can tell me more about them or where they might have originally come from, I'd appreciate it!
